<p>1. What is the status of PWM registration by the industry.</p>
<p>2. The industry was issued following directions u/s 5 of EPA Act, 1986:-</p>
<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; background-color: white; color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">a) The industry shall not supply the plastic granule as raw material to producers (in formal/ informal sector) engaged in production of banned SUP items.</span></p>
