Please submit the following:
1. Approved layout plan from the approved architect of director of factories act.
2. The documents attached by your good self, 02 CA certificates are attached. one CA certificate show the vale of fixed asset @4.3cr and other show the value of fixed asset @app. 9 cr, and requested to which CA certificate is appropriate as per last year balance sheet.
3. As per the allotment letter dated 12.2.198 , the plot is allotted for manufacturing of corrugated boxes, but as per application form the production of crank shaft.
You are hereby requested to submit the reply of the above observation within 03 days, failing which application will be returned without any further intimation. |
