The applicant was earlier granted Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for processing of E-Waste @ 12 MTD. The applicant has now applied for Consent to Establish (Expansion) but has reduced the raw materials. The applicant is requested to submit the details of expansion being carried out other than existing project and submit the details accordingly so that further action in the matter may be initiated. |
