<p> After scrutinized the application , it was observed the following shortcoming , which are as under:</p>
<p>1. The PP has not submitted any copy of CLU.</p>
<p>2.The PP has submitted the FR ,and after perusal of FR, it was observed that PP has taken only one person per showroom @ 45 Ltr consumption per showroom, which is not appropritae as per building bye laws. The pp has not mentioned any detail of visitor populatuin dentisity in FR.as such the calculation of fresh water, genration of effluent and treated effluent is not adequate. .</p>
<p>3.As per the approved layout plan , the green area is about appx.110 sq.yard, which is not adequate for the disposal of treated effluent. The PP is required to make arrangement for the disposal of treated effluent.</p>
<p> As such the application is incomplete and allowed me to return the same.</p> |
