RS Bhandari, Account Manager (921655518). During visit it was observed as under:</p>

B-64C and B-64B, however it has been granted CTO for operating in plot no. B-64C and in the application form also it has mentioned address of the industry as B-64C</strong>.</p>
<p style="font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.5in; margin-right: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><strong>2)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></strong>The industry has installed one no. liquid Oxygen tank of 11 KL capacity, power presses, grinders, SPM. Drilling machines, CNC cutting machine, hydraulic presses, boring machine, band saw machine, milling machine, 1 no. shot blast machine with dust collector and stack with sampling porthole. <strong>No sampling platform provided with the shot blast.</strong></p>

The industry has installed the machinery proposed for expansion.</p>

The industry has not submitted permission from Forest department regarding installation of planner.</strong></p>
