<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Now, the project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for manufacturing of Wooden Furniture & Frames @ 1.2 sqm/day using Hard and Soft wood @ 1.5 sqm./day along with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of plant & machinery Rs. 1.06 lakh on 31.03.2022. After addition of rent of 5 year, the value of the fixed assets is Rs. 61.06 lakh. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 9100/- vide UTR no. AXMB223419045841 dated 07.12.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted allotment letter issued from PSIEC vide no. PSIEC/Estate/2053 dated 03.05.2017 in the name of Sh. Sharanjit Singh & Sukhwinder Singh. The project proponent has submitted rent deed made on 01.04.2017 between Sh. Sharanjit Singh & Sh. Sharanjit Singh, Partner of M/s Rama Industries. The project proponent has submitted partnership deed made on 18.08.2015 between Sh. Sharanjit Singh & Sh. Sukhwinder Singh. The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from the competent person under Factory Act, 1948.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">On scrutinizing the application of the industry following observations were observed on 06.02.2023 with request to submit reply within 2 days.</p>
