Earlier the hotel was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2018/7807745 dated 24.07.2018 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2018/7807661 dated 24.07.2018 for the disposal of only domestic effluent @ 1.5 KLD into sewer, which were expired on 30.09.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the hotel has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the disposal of domestic effluent @ 1.5 KLD into sewer. The hotel has deposited Rs. 32,400/- vide UTR. No. N047232334494306 dated 16.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 1100/- vide UTR. No. N047232334487416 dated 16.02.2023 as NOC fee and Rs. 32,400/- vide UTR. No. N047232334488063 dated 16.02.2023 under Air Act, 1981, which are adequate upto 30.09.2025 after deducting late fee penalty.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The hotel was visited by AEE of this office on 06.03.2023 and observed as under:-</span></p>
