Further the painting work is carried out in open and no paint booth has been provided and no APCD has been installed. Further the empty paint containers are disposed off to kabarias.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Now, the project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for Wooden Furniture @ 25 MT/year using Plywood Board @24 MT/Year & Sawlog @ 6 MT/Year as raw material along with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of plant & machinery of Rs. 45,500/- dated 10.01.2023. After addition of 5 year rent, the fixed value of the project is Rs. 3,45,500/-. The project proponent has deposited Rs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>5,600/- vide UTR no. AXMB230206997086 dated 20.01.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 . The fees deposited by the project proponent is inadequate.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted Udyam Registtration Certificate as proof of date of commissioning, date is 08.02.2021. The project proponent has submitted rent deed made on 01.04.2017 between Sh. Sharanjit Singh & Sh. Sharanjit Singh, Partner of M/s Rama Industries. The project proponent has submitted partnership deed made on 01.09.2020 between Sh. Sharanjit Singh & Sh. Sukhwinder Singh. The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from the competent person under Factory Act, 1948.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observation were observed on 23.02.2023 with request to submit reply within 3 days.</p>
