<p class="MsoNormalCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the project proponent vide Board's letter no. 1539-40 dated 3/3/2023 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the CEE (P) of the Board on 13/3/2023 <strong>(copy attached). It</strong> <strong>is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the project proponent through special messenger and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the project proponent w.r.t. notice and <u>to verify the total built-up area to verify requirement of environmental clearance</u></strong> <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and <strong>send fresh recommendations accordingly, well before the date of hearing.</strong></span></p> |
