It is intimated that the application of the industry for obtaining fresh consent to operate was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry needs to submit Change of Land Use copy issued on 21.09.2018.
2. The Change of Land Use issued by the Competent Authority to Smt. Amrinder Kaur, Smt. Majit Kaur, Sh. Karandeep Singh and Sh. Gora Lal. However, the lease deed signed between Smt. Amrinder Kaur and Sh. Gora Lal. The industry needs to submit lease deed signed with all the CLU issued authorized persons.
3. The industry needs to submit detail regarding all the machinery to be provided in the premises.
4. The industry has not submitted site plan / layout plan approved by the Competent Authority.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
