<p class="MsoNormalCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of renewal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 1543-44 dated 3/3/2023 alongwith an <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>opportunity of personal hearing before the CEE (P) of the Board on 13/3/2023 <strong>(copy attached). It</strong> <strong>is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the indsutry through special messenger and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the indsutry w.r.t. notice and <u>also give his comments on whether the plantation area is adequate to handle the @14 KLD domestic effluent or not</u> and send fresh recommendations accordingly, well before the date of hearing so as to enable his office to decide the application.</strong></span></p> |
