<p class="MsoHeading8" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: windowtext;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: windowtext;">The industry shall be liable to comply with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoHeading8" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: windowtext;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: windowtext;">The industry shall shift from its conventional fuel to cleaner fuel latest by 31/12/2023 or finalisation of State Fuel Policy, whichever is earlier.</span></p>
<p class="MsoHeading8" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: windowtext;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: windowtext;">The industry shall be bound to apply online for grant of Terms of Reference (ToR) on or before 19/07/2023 in compliance to notification no. S.O. 3250(E) dated 20.07.2022 of MoEF&CC and obtain Environmental Clearance, failing which this 'consent to operate' shall stand revoked/cancelled automatically.</span><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span></strong></p>
