<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-left; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The industry is required to clarify the detail regarding change in raw material & product, as it has submitted application for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 but same are different from the earlier consents granted to it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-left; background-color: #ffffff;">2. Earlier, the industry was granted application under orange category, but now it has submitted application under green category for renewal of Consent to Operate.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-left; background-color: #ffffff;">3. The industry is required to submit details regarding increasing in value of fixed assets as well as to deposit NOC fees.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-left; background-color: #ffffff;">As such, the application of the industry is incomplete and is returned with request to re-submit the application after complying with said observation.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-left; background-color: #ffffff;">It is requested to allow the permission to return the application, please. </span></p> |
