<p>Kindly check agenda note and it has been mentioned that the industry has <span style="background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">submitted approved building plan from the competent person under Factory Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;">In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 with validity till 30.09.2024 subject to special conditions as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;">1. The industry will not change the process for which it has been consented without obtaining prior varied consent to operate of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;">2. The industry will provide stack of adequate height with the DG set within 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;">3. The industry will not carry out any process which will result in generation of trade effluent.</span></p>
