<p>It is submitted that RO has to clarify the following Points:</p>
<p>1. What method is proposed to remove the insulation from copper/aluminium windings from coils of motors and pollution control measures proposed thereof.</p>
<p>2. If the raw material is covered under HoWM Rules does the industry requires to obtain actual user certificate before any purchase of the same for processing.</p>
<p>3. Whether such type of industry requires to obtain SAC clearance/ Environmental clearance.</p>
<p>may if approved RO be requested to clarify the same.</p>
