Air emission sampling not carried out due to non-availability of scientific staff during the visit. However, sampling could be done in the upcoming season.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">Submitted for approval as proposed earlier, subject to the special condition that the industry shall get its stack emission samples analyzed from Board's lab in the upcoming season, failing to achieve the prescribed standards, the Board shall reserve the right to revoke the consent to operate obtained by the industry.</span></p> |
