The hotel is complying with the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 and Noise Rules, 2000 and Board’s notification dated 02.02.2021.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 17.12px; margin: 0in 0in 8pt 0.75in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">‘Consent to Operate’ under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the hotel upto 30.09.2027 subject to suitable conditions and with special conditions as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 17.12px; margin: 0in 0in 8pt 1in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">A)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The hotel shall obtain permission from designated authorities as per provisions of Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control) Rules, 2000 regarding operation of any kind of music system and fire cracker.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 17.12px; margin: 0in 0in 8pt 1in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">B)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The hotel shall comply with provisions of Noise Rules specifically Rules 5 & 6 of Noise Rules, 2000.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 17.12px; margin: 0in 0in 8pt 1in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">C)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">DJ set should be operated within premises till 10:00 PM only. No loud speakers and DJs should be operated beyond 10:00 PM.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 17.12px; margin: 0in 0in 8pt 1in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">D)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The hotel shall use only Green crackers only upto 10:00 PM as per guidelines of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.</span></p> |
