<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry had obtained ‘Consents to Operate’ under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2021/16179008 dated 31.12.2021 valid upto 30.09.2022 for manufacturing Refractory products i.e. B.P set/Fire Bricks/ Refractory tiles @ 4.6 TPD subject to conditions mentioned therein along with special conditions that the industry will submit Bank Guarantee of Rs. 50,000/-. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of ‘Consent to Operate’ under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has submitted C.A Certificate dated 22.06.2021 and as per this certificate the value of fixed assets of the industry is 1.96 Crore. The industry has deposited Rs. 1,30,100/- Vide UTR. No. SBIN121235362503 dated 23.08.2021 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.03.2029 </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">under Air Act, 1981<span style="background: white;">. The industry has submitted bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 50,000/- vide BG No. PB72533252362272V dated 20.02.2023, valid till <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>29.12.2024.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry was visited by undersigned on 16.02.2023, 28.02.2023 & 06.03.2023 and the industry was not in operation during all three visits. Further observations are as under:</span></p>

The industry has provided wet scrubber as APCD for control of air pollution and the same was in line/ operation-able condition. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has provided DG set of capacity @ 32 KVA, equipped with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry is not operating as it has not received any order for its products. The industry has made adequate arrangements to control air pollution to be generated from its premises and is using authorized fuel only and thus, the industry is complying with the provisions of the Air (Prevention &Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it recommended that application for obtaining ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for <span style="background: white;">manufacturing Refractory products i.e. B.P set/Fire Bricks/ Refractory tiles @ 4.6 TPD may be granted for upto 30.06.2027 subject to suitable conditions along with special condition that:</span></span></p>
