Smt. Mamta Aggarwal, Proprietor was the occupier. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the Brick Kiln has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Sh. Sakun Aggarwal, Proprietor as occupier. The Brick Kiln has submitted dissolution deed in this regard, wherein it is mentioned that Smt. Mamta Aggarwal is retiring from the above business. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has already deposited Rs. 16,800/- Vide UTR No. KKBKH19052735784 dated 21/02/2021 & Rs. 6300/- Vide UTR No. KKBKH21361805197 dated 27/12/2021 and Rs. 26,100/- vide UTR No. KKBKH21361810634 dated 27/12/2021 and now deposited Rs. 6300/- vide UTR No. KKBKH22206628318 dated 25/07/2022 as consent to operate fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 30/09/2027 against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 29,43,174/- as on 31/03/2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has submitted completion certificate issued by PSCST, Chandigarh vide letter no. PSCST/CC/93 dated 24/04/2018 intimating that the industry has constructed induced draft Brick Kiln with zig-zag firing as per the technology evolved by the Punjab State Council for Science & Technology. The Kiln owner will ensure the implementation of recommended operating practices as per the Feasibility Report (SPL-738). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The Brick Kiln has also submitted the copy of dimensional drawing/plan of Kiln showing the length of Central Island of brick kiln is less than 245 ft. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In view of the above, may if approved “Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2027 subject to the suitable conditions along with the special conditions as under:- </span></p>
