<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Sir, the unit has submitted written reply (attached alongwith) in this office on 07.03.2023 vide dairy no. 484 dated 09..03.2023, wherein, it has requested to allow 01 month time for renewal of the license by the Department of Forest. Further, it has also mentioned that it has already applied for renewal of registration in their office and has submitted the requisite fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed for short period upto 30.09.2023 subject to the suitable conditions and following special conditions as under:</span></p>
