<p style="text-align: justify;">the hot mix plant has submitted a report of distances from Village Lal Lakir, Residential houses and Education institue certified by the Tehsildar vide dated 19.01.2023, It has not submitted any site suitability certificate from DTP but it has submitted an undertaking that the site of hot mix plant falls in the LPA of Goraya and the Master Plan of Goraya has not been finalized. The distance of the site from State Highway and National Highway was checked by the undersigned at the time of visit and it was found to be for beyond 500 meters from both. <span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif'; font-size: 13.5pt;">It is fulfilling the sitting criteria as per Board's Policy . However, the industry may be imposed special condition that it will submit latest site classification report from the DTP after the finalization of its area Master Plan by PUDA and shall adhere to the site specific guidelines as per future Master Plan after its finalization. </span></p> |
