The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. Required latest CA certificate with UDIN no.
2. The industry has not deposit adequate consent fee under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
3. The detail of water consumption / effluent discharge based on capacity of machinery, liquor ratio, number of lots, number of working hours, number of baths, boiler blowdown, waste generated from DM plant / softener / RO plant, cooling water surplus, condensate recovery / waste, re-dyeing and any other effluent generation.
You are requested to submit reply of above said observation within 02 days, positively
