Thus, the consent fee is adequate upto 30/09/2027 under each Acts.</span></p>

The unit is a showroom cum service station for Maruti Suzuki cars and also engaged in the servicing and washing of cars.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 40.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">2. The unit has installed ETP based on physico-chemical treatment and the same was in operationable condition. Samples from the outlet of ETP was collected during the visit and sent to Board’s lab for analysis. As per analysis results, results of various parameters are found to be pH= 7.5, TSS = 18 mg/l, TDS =1265, COD=91, BOD= 23 and Oil & Grease = BDL. The results are within permissible limits as prescribed by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 40.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">3. The industry has provided flow meter at the outlet of ETP and the reading was noted as 487.6 m3. The agency is maintaining record regarding operation of ETP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 40.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">4. The disposal of treated water is being done to its plantation developed along the boundary within the premises where treated domestic effluent after septic tank is being discharged and outside the premises boundary length of around 150 m where treated water outlet of ETP discharges the effluent in the outside plantation area. No stagnation was observed in the plantation area during the visit.</span></p>

The hazardous waste collection room has hazardous sign board and separate compartments for storage of Hazardous waste. The representative of the agency has been informed that they are in process for applying application for authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>

The painting work was not being carried out during visit. Two stage filter has been provided as an APCD with paint booth section with stack of adequate height and sampling arrangements. </span></p>
