<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted the first MEME certificate as the proof of date of commissioning i.e. August, 2002. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry is located in designated industrial zone i.e. Industrial Area –C as per Khasra Number mention in the Gazzete Notification.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 1,82,800/- vide UTR No. 626282308 dated 09.03.2023 (Rs. 1,72,800/- water consent fees and Rs. 10000/-<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Notional fees), Rs. 1,72,800/- vide UTR No. 72608383 dated 30.01.2023 as air consent fees, which is adequate upto 31.03.2029 under VDS scheme against the fixed assets of Rs. 986.23/- Lacs </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 09.03.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2028 with usual conditions.</span></p>
