S. Sleeve @ 50 Numbers/Day and Non Woven Bags @ 1000 Kgs/day.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 13.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for varied consent under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Aluminum Sleeve @ 1500 no/day, Auto Parts Casting @ 03 MTD, M. S. Sleeve @ 50 no/day and Non Woven Bags @ 1000 no/day. RO has processed the consent cases without visiting the industry as per office order issued vide letter no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 by the Board as the industry fall under orange. As per application, the industry has installed one pressure dye casting machine, one electric heater, 5 no. power presses, 1 no. sealing machine, 1 no. loop machine and 3 no. printing machines. The industry has submitted certificate issued by ATP MC Jalandhar vide memo no. 3390 dated 08.03.2018 and as per report, the site of the industry falls in General Industrial Zone as per Master Plan.</span><span style="font-size: 12.5pt;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 13.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of report of RO it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions and special conditions that:-</span><span style="font-size: 12.5pt;"> </span></p>
