CTE/Fresh/PKT/2022/19060431 dated 24/06/2022 which is valid upto 23/06/2023 under Orange Category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the Brick Kiln has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS mode along with requisite documents under Orange Category. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 28,500/- vide online UTR No. N054232342904846 dated 23/02/2023 & Rs. 28,000/- vide online UTR No. N054232342918683 dated 23/02/2023 including Rs. 500/- as application fee, which is adequate upto 30/09/2027 against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 96,27,259/- as on 15/02/2023 as per CA certificate submitted by the BKO. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted completion certificate issued by Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee intimating that the industry has constructed High Draft Brick Kiln with zig-zag technology, rectangular in shape as per CSIR-CBRI design via drawing no. 22/2900. The BKO has also submitted Feasibility Report of Induced Draft Brick Kiln Technology with Zig-Zag Firing along with sectional drawing. As per Sectional Drawing submitted by the BKO the length of Island is less than 245 ft. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of the above, may if approved “Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the brick kiln for a period upto 30/09/2027 subject to the suitable conditions along with the special condition as under:- </span></p>
