As you were made aware telephonically by the Board regarding bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 25,000/- to be submitted in favour of PPCB due to violation of the provision of the Water Act, 1974. However, the industry has not submitted the same till date.
As such, you are again requested to submit bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 25,000/- in favour of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office-4, Ludhiana Punjab Pollution Control Board as an assurance to comply with the provisions of Water Act, 1974, immediately, please.
