<p>It is intimated that the industry was visited by the undersigned on 02.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry has installed one no. PNG fired furnace with stack of short heitht (about 20 feet). The industry was told to install stack of adequate height which the representative informed shall be installed in 3 days time. The industry has yet to submit compliance of the same. Further, the industy has installed septic tank but no outlet or pumping arrangement has been provided at the out of septic tank and no plantation area has been developed. The industyr has sought two days time to do address the above said observations. The industry has yet to submit compliance of the same. Therefore, if approved the application of the industry may be returned with the request to attend to aforesaid observations and resubmit the case accordingly. (green category)</p> |
