<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">It is submitted that the institute was issued show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate vide ZO letter no. 640 dated 17.02.2023 as the industry failed to comply with the following special conditions of earlier granted consent to operate:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">1. The institute will provide green belt of 15 meter towards the air polluting industry (brick kiln in this case), located within 100 meter from the premises and further the institute will provide green belt of 5 meter towards the air polluting industry located beyond 100 meter distance.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">2. The institute will obtain change of land use from the Department of Town & Country Planning or any other Competent Authority. The Board will not be responsible for any loss, in case the institute not obtain CLU of land on account of non-obtaining of such permission.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">3. The institute will comply with the provisions of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the institute has submitted its reply w.r.t. the show cause notice under:-</span></p>

Copy is enclosed. Moreover, we are trying to get the CLU from the concern department, when our we received we will submit the same. However, we are running the school since from the year of 2012 then there is a no need takes the CLU. </span></em></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="PA" style="font-family: 'Raavi','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਏ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਵਾਚਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਰਕਬਾ ਜਲਾਲਾਬਾਦ ਈਸਟ ਮੋਗਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਰਕਬਾ ਨੋਟੀਫਾਈਡ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਮੋਗਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਜ਼ਵੀਜਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਕਾਲਜ ਚਲਾਉਣਾ ਆਗਿਆ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੀ.ਐਲ.ਯੂ./ਸਾਈਟ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਣੀ ਜਾਂ ਬਣਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਨਾ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।</span></p>

Further, the solid waste generated by the institute is being lifted by Municipal Authorities. Also, the institute has also provided compost pits in its sister institute i.e. SFC I.T.I for disposal of solid waste generated. However, during the visit, compost pits were lying vacant and the representative submitted that compost pits is being used for manufacturing of organic manure only and same is being used in parks of said institute and other sister concerned institutes. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 103.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Keeping in view of the above may if approved renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the institute upto 30.09.2025 for operation of the school with strength of 150 students, subject to the suitable conditions.</span></p> |
