The unit was granted 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/NWS/2020/11738977 dated 21.04.2020 valid upto 31.12.2020 for school with 1500 students and 62 Faculty & Non Faculty Members along with domestic effluent 45 KLD to be used onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank, subject to the conditions mentioned therein along with special conditions that the institute shall install and commission proper & adequate Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) by 30/09/2020 and shall make all proper & adequate arrangements for segregation & scientific disposal of solid wastes in compliance to MSW Rules by 30/09/2020.</span></p>

CTOA/Fresh/NWS/2018/7848582 dated 27.11.2018 valid upto 30.09.2023 for Educational Institute along with DG Set of capacity 70 KVA with canopy, subject to the conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

Now , the school has again applied for CTOs under said acts. The institute has already deposited Rs. 180000/- Vide R.no 23/4755 dated 27.06.2018 as Air Act, Rs. 180000/- Vide R.no 24/4755 dated 27.06.2018 as Water Act,. The consent fee is adequate upto 30.09.2025, after deducting the penalty fee. The institute has submitted application form, CA Certificate, compliance report , STP feasibility report, completion certificate etc. The school was visited by the AEE on 7.3.2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
