<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The project proponent has applied for ‘Consent to Establish (NOC) from Pollution Angle under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents for the establishment of new COMMERCIAL COLONY (HAVING FACILITY OF FOOD COURT, RESTAUR ANT, HOTEL, COMMERC IAL SHOPS AND SCO'S AND HOTEL at Village Bondli.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The project proponent has submitted project report with total cost of Rs. 1500 Lacs and has deposited Rs. 24000/- as NOC Fee on account of NOC fee which is adequate for one year. The industry has submitted CLU certificate issued vide no. 276 dated 15.03.2022 for an area measuring of 32 Kanal, 3 Marla (4.019 Acres) for the permission of land use for commercial colony under PAPR Act. The project proponent has also submitted NOC from National Highway Authority of India vide no. 505 dated 18.10.2021.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>On perusal of the project report submitted by the industry, the project proponent has submitted following proposals :-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 74.7pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 115%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="mso-bidi-language: PA;">The domestic effluent to the tune of 42 KLD shall be generated from the project which shall be treated in an STP and shall be further discharged onto land for plantation and irrigation for which the project proponent has earmarked 1 Acre of land.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 74.7pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 115%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="mso-bidi-language: PA;">The project proponent has submitted feasibility report for installation of STP from M/s TERRASYN INITIATIVES, 587, Urban Estate, Phase-2, Patiala.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 74.7pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 115%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="mso-bidi-language: PA;">The project proponent has submitted approved building plans from Department of Town and Country Planning, Ludhiana.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.6pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-bidi-language: PA;">Accordingly, the site of the project was visited by the AEE of this office on 09.03.2023 and it was observed that :-</span></p>
