CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2016/4367210 dated 14.09.2016 valid upto 13.09.2017 and Air (R15LDH3CTOA2536753 dated 08.05.2015 valid upto 30.06.2019 for dyeing of Acrylic Yarn @ 3000 Kgs/day with discharge of 320 KLD into sewer after treatment through ETP & domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD into sewer along with boiler of capacity 3.0 TPH with trima cyclone separator as APCD with DG set of 180 KVA capacity equipped with canopy with conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">B)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the industry was obtained ‘Consent to Establish’ / NOC for shifting of its unit at new location at Jaswal Complex, Opp Central Jail, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2021/14522212 dated 21.01.2021, which was valid upto 20.01.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">C)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the industry was visited on 18.06.2022 and it was observed violating the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. Report in this regard sent to the Competent Authority through e-noting no. 15931506 dated 24.06.2022. Accordingly, the Competent Authority of the Board has issued directions vide letter no. 4978-81 dated 22.07.2022 to the PSPCL authorities to disconnect the supply of the industry. The electric connection of the unit was disconnected by the PSPCL authorities from the pole vide TDCO no. 72/298 dated 08.08.2022.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">E)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS <strong>under green category for knitting of fabrics @ 4 T/day with discharge of domestic effluent @ 2 KLD into sewer without any water & air polluting process</strong>. The industry has also requested to restore the electric connection for green category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">F)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 6400/- vide online receipt no. 868755487 dated 27.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 6900/- (6400/- Air + 500 form fee) vide online receipt no. 888712507 dated 27.02.2023 under the Air Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 26.02.2024 under both acts.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 22.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that:</span></p>
