<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly persue the note and recommendation given by RO .It is intimated that the workshop has applied fresh CTO under the air Act,1981, RO has reported that it has installed a DG set of 63 KVA with a canopy and adequate stack height. The industry is not carrying out painting on 2 -wheelers. PP has not the industry has yet not submitted an approved building plan from a competent person under Factory Act, 1948. Further, RO has reported the industry is complying the provision with the Air Act, of 1981.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved fresh CTO under Air Act,1981 be granted for six months with a special condition that the workshop shall be obtained an approved building plan from a competent person under Factory Act, 1948, and the same will submit in o/o EERO SAS Nagar (Mohali) within 15 days.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to send further recommendations if the industry does not submit an approved building plan from a competent person under Factory Act, 1948 within 15 days in RO.</span></p>
