The application of the industry was scruinized regarding the adequacy of fee w.e.f. the applicability of the varied consents i.e. year 2015 and it was found that the indsutry is required to deposit the additional consent fee valid upto 31.12.2023. The matter was also informed to the representative of the industry and accordingly, you are requested to deposit requisite consent fee i.e. 1,58,000/- (Rs. 79,000/- under each act), adequate upto 31.12.2023, so that the application may be processed further. |
