<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The next date of hearing was given to the industry 08.02.2023 and the proceedings are till awaited. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Corrugated Boxes @ 500 kg/day along with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of land & Building is Rs. 24,000/-. T he project proponent has deposited Rs. 25,900/- vide UTR no. N035232317484924 dated 04.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 24,600/- vide UTR no. N035232317497455 dated 04.02.2023 under Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted GST certificate as proof of date of commissioning, date is 19.04.2018.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted feasibility report as per which the waste water generated from the washing of printing roller, which is very less in quantity i.e. 100 Liters/day. The waste water/effluent will be collected in the leakage proof cemented collection tank. This effluent is evaporated through the electric evaporator. The electric evaporator is consisting of heaters which will helps in the forced evaporation of the effluent. The dimensions of the evaporator is 2.0ft x 2.0ft x 2.0ft. The Sludge will be send authorized TSDF<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>facility for further disposal. The quantity of water used for domestic purposes is 400.0 Litres/day. The domestic waste water which will be discharged into sewer line.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>submitted rent agreement made on 01.01.2018 between Smt Prema Tayal & Smt Priyanka Tayal and Mr. Akshit Kumar. The project proponent has submitted manufacturing process as under:</span></p>
