The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has not deposited adequate consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and is required to deposit additional 03 year fee so as to make the fee adequate for 05 years.
2. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar/Sri Anandpur Sahib.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 03 days so that the application can be processed further. |
