| Clarification Note: |
Please submit/clarify the following:- 1. Approved Building Plan endorsed by approved architect under Factory Act, 1948. 2. Land use certificate issued by MC, Pathankot for establishment of orange category industry. 3. Plan of recirculation of effluent. If effluent is discharged after treatment, then permission for discharged into sewer from MC or plantation area plan. 4. The consent fee are only adequate upto 30/09/2022 after deducting previous year fee and penalty. Also NOC regularization fee is required. |
