CTOW/Fresh/SGR/2022/19778510 dated 01/12/2022 and the Air Act,1981 vide no.</span> <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">CTOA/Fresh/SGR/2022/19911875 dated 01/12/2022 both valid upto 31/03/2023 for production of i) Eggs @ 32000Numbers/Day and Poultry Feed (For Self Consumption) @ 5.0Metric Tonnes/Day with suitable conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 1.95pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 47.65pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Now, the poultry farm has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 and the Air Act,1981 alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 1.95pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 47.65pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The poultry farm has deposited consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 of Rs. 27550/- vide UTR no. 497856167 dated 22/02/2023 and the Air Act, 1981 of Rs. 27550/- vide UTR no. 841828382 dated 22/02/2023, both are adequate upto 30/06/2033.</span></p>

The representative of the poultry farm was advised to provide adequate number of compost pits to disposed off the entire bird droppings and of adequate design, he assured that adequate number of pits will be provided before filling of said pits as per design parameter and guidelines given by the Board.</span></p>
