The details are as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 65,100/- (Rs. 54,300/- vide UTR No. AXIC230519459526 dated 20.02.2022 and Rs. 10,800/- vide UTR No. AXIC223356387129 dated 01.12.2022) under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 65,100/- vide online receipt No. AXIC230519452309 dated 20.02.2022 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 11.02.2027 under both acts after deducting Rs. 16800/- each as penalty under the both acts. The date of commissioning of the unit is 12.05.2021 (copy of electricity bill submitted as proof of commissioning). The industry has also deposited Rs. 8400/- vide UTR No. AXIC230519460698 dated 20.02.2023 as NOC regularization fee, which is adequate for project cost of 380.58 lacs (Green Category). </span></p>

Sahab Singh, Sh. Neelam, Sh. Shubham Mishra, Sh. Gurmal Singh are the directors of the firm. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the industry was already visited by AEE of this office on 28.02.2023 and it was observed that:</span></p>

The industry is located at plot no. 26, Mega Food Park, Ladhowal, established by PAIC. CETP of Mega Food Park is operated by PAIC. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The PAIC has granted permission to the industry vide letter no: PAIC/MFP/2023/Nitesh/318-320 dated 09.03.2023 and as per this permission, PAIC has granted permission to discharge 08 KLD domestic effluent into the CETP of Mega Food Park. The PAIC has granted this permission in supersession to its earlier letter no: PAIC/MFP/2023/Nitesh/309-11 dated 02.03.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">There is no generation of trade effluent from the process. Domestic effluent is generated from washing of floor, washing of bananas and from washrooms. The project proponent is discharging domestic effluent @ 08 KLD into CETP of PAIC at Mega Food Park, Ladhowal. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 90.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 18.0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thus, the industry is complying with provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended as under:</span></p>
