CTE/Exp/LDH1/2021/16031104 dated 23.07.2021 valid upto 22.07.2022 and shall immediately apply for obtaining extension in validity of the same.” However, the unit has neither obtained extension in validity of ‘Consent to Establish’ nor deposited NOC regularization fees with the present application.</p>
