CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2018/7696293 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2018/7671453 dated 08.06.2018, both valid upto 30.09.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the rice sheller has applied for renewal of ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of rice sheller unit with dryer to manufacture raw rice with dryer @ 05 TPH and sorted rice @ 05 TPH. The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 21.02.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 59,48,367/-, compliance of consent conditions. The industry has deposited Rs. 41,700/- vide UTR. No. 409421421 dated 02.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 41,700/- vide UTR. No. 773509373 dated 02.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 adequate for period upto 30.09.2032 under both acts after deducting Rs. 900/- as penalty fee under each act as the industry has applied after 03 months of expiry of last CTO. The industry has also deposited Rs. 2900/- vide UTR. No. 773509373 dated 02.03.2023 as NOC regularization fee for increased fixed assets by Rs 27 Lacs. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The increase in value of fixed assets is due to replacement of old polishers with new polishers and due to replacement of old cemented roof of shed with new mettle sheet roof. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>There is no increase in site area, no increase in production capacity & no new building/shed has been constructed by rice sheller. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
