CTOW/Renewal/SGR/2022/19163647 dated 31/08/2022 & the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SGR/2022/19164162 dated 31/08/2022, both valid upto 31/12/2022 to manufacture of Carbon black @ 25000 MT/Year by<span style="letter-spacing: -.25pt;"> </span>using Hydro Carbon Oil (Carbon Black Feed Stock) @ 210 MTD & Light Diesel Oil. @ 0.4 MTD, as raw material with certain conditions mentioned therein and the electric connection of the industry was restored temporarily upto 31/12/2022.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 5.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 54.55pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 5.05pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 54.55pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The industry has deposited consents fee of Rs. 56000/- through online vide UTR No. AXISP00356353945 dated 21/01/2023 under the Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 56000/- through online vide UTR No. AXISP00356353946 dated 21/01/2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto adequate upto 30/09/2024, against the value of gross fixed assets of Rs. 1882.6559/- lacs dated 26/12/2022. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 5.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 71.95pt; line-height: 106%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">To verify the facts, the industry was visited by this office on 10/03/2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

During visit, it was observed that the industry has provided new trees/sapling at place from where old trees are removed or died during the monsoon season in proper ridges and furrow in the plantation area. However, lot of wild grass was observed in the plantation area.</span></p>

The perusal of the said results reveals that the concentration of the various parameters is within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board. The samples were not collected during the past year as the unit was not in operation during the visits.</span></p>
