<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">It is intimated that, the application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed the following discrepancies:- 1. In SDM report, the distance of the unit from Municipal Council/corporation limit was not mentioned. 2. The industry has not mentioned the uses of process water mentioned in the application form. 3. The DTP letter submitted by the industry was not readable and complete. 4. The industry has not submitted the completion certificate of APCD installed with it. 5. In the said application, the industry has obtained NOC for establishment of retail outlet. However, the industry has now applied for obtaining fresh CTO for hot mix plant. Which are contradictory. The clarification was raised to the industry and the industry has requested for four working days to submit the reply. The industry is required to submit the complete application with requisite documents, so that application can be decided. Hence, application is returned with request to resubmit the application after attending the above said observations.</span></p> |
