<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">It is intimated that, the application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed the following discrepancies:- 1. In Part-B of air application form, the industry has not submitted the details of Raw material and product manufacturing in the unit. 2. The industry has not mentioned the capacity of grinding mill in the application form. 3. The industry has not submitted that analysis report of air emissions analyzed from Board’s lab. 4. The industry has not submitted the compliance of previous consent granted to it in annotated form. 5. The industry has not submitted the adequate consent fee/ penalty fee under the Water & Air Acts. The industry was raised clarification. However, the industry has failed to submit the reply within stipulated time period. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">If approved, the application may be returend with request to resubmit the same after attending the above said observations.</span></p> |
