CTE/Fresh/HSP/2021/17248952 dated 09.12.2021 valid upto 08.12.2022 with conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through online.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted CA Certificate, earlier granted compliance of NOC etc.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 14500/- vide UTR No. UCBAH23041294615 dated 10.02.2022 under Water Act and Rs. 17900/- vide UTR No. UCBAH23041293784 dated 10.02.2022 under Air Act.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2027.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry was visited by Environmental Engineer along with undersigned on 09.03.2023 and observed that observed as under:</span></p>

The treated effluent is used for irrigation of plants along the periphery of the site, also the project proponent has started plantation along the boundary. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has installed one DG Set 125 KVA, which is with canopy and adequate stack height. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2027 with special condition that the industry shall provide plantation around the boundary of the RMC Plant. </span></p>
