<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has applied for the renewal of CTO under the Water act, of 1974 for the construction of the operation of 104 showrooms/ offices.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> As per the above report by RO, STP performance within the prescribed limit with Board treated waster was being discharged into the sewer after treatment. RO has also reported that the project proponent is complying with the conditions of the earlier consents granted by the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved CTO the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed up to 31.12.2027 subject to suitable terms and conditions and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the site to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal, and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
