CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2021/14989181 dated 02/04/2021 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2021/14986968 dated 02/04/2021 both having validity upto 31/03/2023 for Hospital (360 Beds), subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the HCF has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with same bedded capacity. The HCF has now deposited Rs. 3,00,500/- (Rs. 1,50,000/- each under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981) vide online UTR no. HSBCN23024097246 dated 24/01/2023. The consent fee deposited by the HCF is adequate upto 31/03/2026 under both the Acts.</span></p>

Now, the hospital has reduction in fresh water consumption from 400 KLD to 330 KLD. Therefore, the generation quantity is also reduced from 280 KLD to 235 KLD on average basis. The effluent consumption as well as generation has been reduced due to adopting of water conservation measure by the HCF. </span></p>

The ETP, consisting of screen chamber, collection-cum disinfection tank and sludge holding tank. The treated effluent of hospital is further collected into collection tank of STP which consists of bar screen chamber, aerobic biological treatment (MBBR), sand filter, carbon filter and filter press. </span><span style="text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The effluent sample was collected from the outlet of </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; text-indent: -0.25in;">ETP cum STP on 01.03.2023 and the results are awaited.</span></p>

The HCF has installed separate flow meter at the outlet line of treated effluent leading to green area, common meter on flushing & cooling tower line and treated effluent leading to MC sewer line.</span></p>

The hospital is now using PNG as a fuel with these boilers and only one boiler is being operate at one time and the remaining are kept as stand by arrangements.</span></p>
