CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2022/19694705 dated 17/10/2022 was valid upto 16/01/2023 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2019/10035177 dated 25/06/2019 is valid upto 31/03/2023, for 200 beds, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the HCF has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for same bed capacity. The HCF has submitted its CA certificate dated 20/01/2022 mentioning the cost of fixed assets of Rs. 9805.0 lakh.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent had earlier deposited Rs. 105600/- vide UTR no. INDBN26087472983 dated 26.08.2022 as per the consent fee circular for HCFs has been applicable wef 01.04.2016, which is adequate till 31.03.2025 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has also applied renewal of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which is under process.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project site was visited by AEE of this office on 28/02/2023. During visit, effluent sample was collected and sent to Board lab for analyzed. The result of outlet of ETP Cum STP is as under:</span></p>
