<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the project proponent was earlier granted consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2022/20405472 dated 02/12/2022 having validity upto 31/03/2023 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2022/18656221 dated 27/11/2022 was valid upto 15/02/2023 for Services of Cars @ 25.0 Numbers/Day, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the ZO had given Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide letter no. 388 dated 04/07/2022 to the PSPCL Authority for temporary restoration of electric connection to the industry to 31/3/2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with same capacity. The industry has submitted its CA certificate dated 10/02/2023 mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 74 lakh, which is remain same. The project proponent has deposited fee of Rs. 18500/- vide R. no. 378241710 dated 14/02/2023 and under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 18500/- vide R. no. 649023942 dated 14/02/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 31.03.2028 under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The workshop was visited by AEE of this office on 28/02/2023. During visit, effluent sample was collected from the outlet of ETP and sent to Board lab for analysis. As per the analysis report, the concentration of various parameters was found within the permissible limit which is reproduced as under: </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The service station has submitted sample report of process stack of paint booth, sample collected by NABL approved laboratory M/s Noida Testing Laboratories as under:</span></p>

During visit, washing activity of the vehicles were going on. The industry has provided water meter over the fresh water line in the process area. </span></p>

The ETP was in operation during the visit. The waste-water after treatment in ETP is discharged into MC sewer. The industry is maintaining record of operation of ETP. The industry has provided water meter at outlet of ETP and energy meter with the operation of ETP. </span></p>
