| Clarification Note: |
The application of the BKO was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The kiln is required to submit CA certificate, showing value of fixed assets not older than 6 months.
2. The kiln has not deposited / linked consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 is adequate the Air Act, 1981.
3. The kiln has not submitted completion certificate in compliance to condition no. 1.
Therefore, it is requested to attend the above said observations within 2 days, so the application may be processed further.
